Welcome to Mrs H. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Sandra Heaton, trading as Mrs H, a sole trader (trabalhador independente) registered for tax purposes in Portugal under the simplified regime (recibos verdes), with business address in Cascais, Portugal, tax identification number (NIF) 241900565 ("we", "us", "Mrs H"). 2. About our content and recommendations
Mrs H publishes editorial content, including recommendations about retailers, venues, products and service providers. Some of these recommendations are wholly editorial, reflecting our own opinions, experience and research, with no commercial relationship involved; others form part of a paid, gifted, hosted or affiliate relationship, as explained in section 5. In all cases, our recommendations are general information only and are not a guarantee, endorsement or professional advice. Businesses may change their ownership, pricing, quality, personnel or availability after an article is published, so please check current details directly with the relevant business before making a purchase or booking. Products and services we mention are ordinarily supplied by the third-party business concerned, not by us, and that business is responsible for them.

Articles on this Site, including those touching on health, wellness, nutrition or homeopathy, are for general information and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on the Site is personalised advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional. Always seek professional advice before making decisions about your health, diagnosis or treatment, and do not start, stop or change any treatment on the basis of anything you read here.
4. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited, all text, photography, graphics, illustrations, video, newsletters, downloadable guides and other materials, and our branding and logos, on the Site (together, the "Content") belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to link to the Site and to share links to it. Please do not reproduce, republish or commercially reuse any substantial part of the Content without our permission. Images and other material not created by us remain the property of their respective owners and are used under an appropriate licence, credit or permission; crediting a source does not itself grant any right to reuse that material.
5. Affiliate links and commercial relationships
Some of the recommendations on this Site are wholly editorial, with no commercial relationship attached. Others form part of an affiliate or other commercial relationship: we may receive a commission, gifted product or experience, or other payment in connection with them. Receiving such payment does not determine our editorial opinion, which remains our own and is not for sale. The content of this Site is general in nature and may become out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any information, and nothing on the Site should be relied on as a substitute for your own enquiries. Where we recommend a third-party product or service, that third party — not us — is responsible for it, including its price, quality, availability and performance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of that state, and to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where applicable law provides for this.
